X-Beam conrods incl. ARP connecting rod bolts for 1.8T-, TFSI-, 16V- and 8V engines Our VAG X-Beam conrods are an innovation in motorsport: Up to 1000 HP you bring with your 1.8T-, TFSI-, 16V- and 8V engine on the road. While the standard connecting rods would simply break under this load, our connecting rods provide the ultimate performance! It\'ll get your tuning heart pumping. X-Beam conrods have a large cross-section to distribute the stress loads evenly across the conrod to reduce them. This makes them extremely robust and crack resistant. With their stability and stiffness, they are made for motorsports and racing enthusiasts. Added to this is an extremely low weight of only 599 grams per conrod. In order to be able to optimally lubricate the piston pin, our VAG conrod have an additional bore. Before they leave our warehouse, they are precisely measured and angled by us. This also ensures a high level of safety! From a power of 300 HP you should change to our conrod, so that the engine can master the high load without problems.
