Sturdy steel H-Beam connecting rods for 1.8L TSI engines

H-beam steel connecting rods for all 1.8L TSI engines with chain (EA888) are designed for an extreme performance increase up to 900 hp. This will increase the performance of your Golf Mk7, Audi TT and Co enormously. From a performance of 270 hp you should upgrade to these connecting rods, as the original parts cannot withstand and tear this high load.

Thanks to the H-beam these connecting rods are extremely robust and have a very high torsion resistance. The loads are reduced and distributed to the connecting rod, which is why they are also very crack-resistant. Although they are full of stability, our 1.8L TSI connecting rods are extremely light: every gram counts when it comes to increasing performance.

In order to optimally lubricate the piston pins and protect the engine parts from abrasion, the connecting rods come with an additional drilling (rifle drilled). All Bar-Tek connecting rods are precisely angled and tested. Included are of course 3/8\" ARP 2000 expansion bolts and the assembly paste. There are a few things to keep in mind during assembly, so we\'ve summarized some information on how to tighten the connecting rod bolts correctly for you!

Our VAG X-Beam conrods are an innovation in motorsport: Up to 1000 HP you bring with your 1.8T-, TFSI-, 16V- and 8V engine on the road. While the standard connecting rods would simply break under this load, our connecting rods provide the ultimate performance! It\'ll get your tuning heart pumping.

X-Beam conrods have a large cross-section to distribute the stress loads evenly across the conrod to reduce them. This makes them extremely robust and crack resistant. With their stability and stiffness, they are made for motorsports and racing enthusiasts. Added to this is an extremely low weight of only 599 grams per conrod.

In order to be able to optimally lubricate the piston pin, our VAG conrod have an additional bore. Before they leave our warehouse, they are precisely measured and angled by us. This also ensures a high level of safety!
From a power of 300 HP you should change to our conrod, so that the engine can master the high load without problems.

This set of high-performance pistons from JE Pistons, I-shaft connecting rods from BAR-TEK and ACL connecting rod bearings is perfectly matched: For the ultimate performance of your 1.8L TSI engine like in the Golf 7, Audi TT and Co!

These components harmonise perfectly with each other and turn your 1.8L TSI into a stable turbo engine with which you can achieve outputs of up to 650 hp. While the standard parts can no longer withstand such a blatant increase in performance, this set is just the thing for tuning enthusiasts.

The 1.8L TSI piston from JE Pistons ensure smooth engine running, even in the cold start phase, and have a graphite anti-friction coating. Installation is very easy via plug & play. The BAR-TEK I-beam conrods have been developed for extreme performance. They are extremely light and at the same time very stable, as they distribute the loads evenly. The piston pin is optimally lubricated by an additional hole through the conrods. The racing bearings from ACL are coated and also come with a hole for the piston pin.

This set is ideal for performance-enhanced 1.8L TSI engines with chain. Included are high-quality Mahle forged pistons, ZRP I-shaft steel connecting rods and racing bearings from ACL. This allows you to put up to 650 hp on the road with your Golf 7, Audi TT etc.. without any problems.

All components of this set are perfectly matched and designed for the best racing feeling. Both piston and conrods are extremely light. The piston ensure smooth engine running and are provided with a special alloy, which enables low running clearance. This enables optimum power transmission.

The BAR-TEK i-beam conrods are milled from solid material and their construction makes them extremely strong and stable. Performance also comes into its own here: you can drive up to 900 hp with these connecting rods. At the same time, their weight is extremely low.
