First flange for an oil cooler kit on the market, specifically designed for the 1.6L & 2.0L TDI engine in many VAG vehicles by BAR-TEK®. Even from the factory, the TDI engines in the Golf 7 struggle with high oil temperatures. If you are driving in high summer, or your Golf is performance optimized, temperatures of 140 C° are not uncommon. Our oil cooler flange prevents high oil temperatures whereby a constant oil pressure and optimal oil condition is guaranteed. This has a positive effect on the life of the 2.0L TDI engine.
