High-strength steel connecting rods with H-shafts for VR6 engines The conrods of your tuned VR6 engine have to withstand a lot if you are aiming for an extreme increase in performance. Particularly with turbocharged engines, attention must be paid to the compression ratio. Our short VR6- conrods offer you the opportunity to reduce the compression in order to avoid knocking. Tuned engines are subject to enormous forces, which the standard connecting rods are unfortunately unable to cope with. To prevent the conrods from tearing, you should therefore use our high-strength 161 x 20 mm steel connecting rods with I-shafts for VR6 12V and V6 24V engines.
