5-cylinder X-Beam connecting rod for up to 1000 hp power output With our BAR-TEK® X-Beam connecting rods for Audi 5-cylinder engines, you are ideally equipped for extreme performance increases: the 144 x 20 mm steel connecting rods can withstand up to 1000 HP, and the series connecting rods can no longer keep up. Our conrods are milled from the solid and with a weight of only 599 grams per conrod (including bolts) they are also very light. At the same time they are extremely stable due to their X-Beam. This is designed to distribute and reduce stress loads. The large cross-section of X-Beam rods ensures that they are crack-resistant and have high rigidity. These are the perfect characteristics of a connecting rod for ambitious drivers! The connecting rods for your Audi 5-cylinder come with an additional boring (rifle drilled), which provides much better piston pin lubrication. All connecting rods are precisely angled and tested by us. Included are ARP 2000 3/8\" expansion bolts and the corresponding ARP assembly lubricant.
