TFSI pump tappet DLC coated for all 2.0L TFSI engines. The tappet for the high-pressure pump is subject to very high pressures, tends to wear quickly and should therefore be checked regularly and replaced if necessary. If it breaks or wears out completely, engine damage is usually pre-programmed. We recommend the controller every 10000km and in the ideal case to replace this also directly.  The tappet is coated on the surface DLC. DLC is a very heavy-duty carbon coating that is also used in Formula 1 engines. It reduces wear and increases the service life.
