Our own upgrade fuel pump for the high-pressure system for all 2.0L TSI engines of the third generation for self-conversion. We have set ourselves the task of reinventing the wheel. The result is our own upgrade tappet for the high-pressure pump. Manufactured in Germany with the highest precision and perfect quality. In a very long test phase of over 500 hours in the car, there was not a single failure of the pump. We are now proud to be able to offer you this pump for self-conversion. The icing on the cake of the tappet is the spring retainer made of titanium, which is not only very light, but also shows no wear at all. Important: After installation, the vehicle must NOT be started immediately ! Switch on the ignition and wait a little until the pre-feed pump has delivered the fuel supply to the high-pressure pump. Only then may the engine be started. Otherwise, the new pump may fail immediately!
