Our own upgrade fuel pump for 2.0 TFSI engines for self-conversion of your high-pressure pump. Features: manufactured with the highest precision and quality Increases the petrol pressure thanks to a larger piston of 9.8 mm Less wear and friction thanks to DLC coating Essential for tuned TFSI engines our pump is always supplied with a DLC bucket tappet The fuel pressure in the FSI system is raised to approx. 130 bar, which ensures a sufficient petrol supply. The software must be adapted after the conversion. It is also advisable to install our upgrade pressure relief valve to ensure that the rail pressure arrives accordingly. Important: The vehicle must NOT be started immediately after installation! Switch on the ignition and wait a little while until the pre-feed pump has delivered the fuel supply to the high-pressure pump. Only then may the engine be started.
