Информация
Advanced water-methanol injection controller for high-boost engines. Ideal for 100% methanol setups. Includes software, USB interface, and pre-wired Bosch harness.
Допълнителна информация:
The Boost Cooler Stage 4 V2 Controller is a highly advanced control unit for water-methanol injection systems. Designed for high-performance applications—especially those running high alcohol or pure methanol mixtures—it delivers precise, map-based injection control modeled after modern OEM fuel management systems.
Key Features
Map-based control using boost pressure, engine RPM, and sensor input
Includes PC software: data logging, tune management, live monitoring (Windows 10)
USB programming without the need for external power
Customizable GPI/GPO inputs and outputs for sensors, solenoids, and warning lights
PWM-controlled pump output for accurate flow regulation
Current monitoring with automatic protection against over/under current
Pre-assembled wiring harness with high-quality Bosch connectors included
Software Capabilities
The included Stage 4 Boost Cooler software allows precise tuning via a two-dimensional map (boost vs. RPM). Real-time data is viewable, changes can be stored or exported, and a built-in logging feature supports system analysis and diagnostics.
Optimized for High-Performance Engines
This controller is engineered specifically for high-boost turbocharged and supercharged setups. With support for various MAP sensors, including 0–100 PSI and GM 3-bar sensors, the system can be accurately adapted to individual configurations.
