Smart protection for your water-methanol injection system - detect failures before they become costly The SafeInjection pressure switch kit from SNOW Performance is a reliable failsafe solution for all Boost Cooler water-methanol injection systems. It continuously monitors injection pressure and detects issues like failed pumps, leaking lines, or clogged nozzles - helping to protect the engine from damage due to underdelivery or loss of pressure. An adjustable pressure switch (2.4–6.9 bar) monitors the system in real time. If pressure drops below the threshold, the included high-intensity LED immediately alerts the driver. In addition, the system can be connected to aftermarket ECUs, electronic boost controllers, or ignition systems - enabling automatic timing retard, boost cut, or switching to a safe map in case of failure.
