12V electric water pump for our water-cooled intercooler.

If you have a water-cooled intercooler installed, then you need a circulation pump for the additional radiator. Our Bosch water pump is operated with 12V and has a transmission line of 15L / min. This is sufficient for a water-cooled charge air system, since the water must not flow too fast through the system. Otherwise there is not enough time to release the absorbed heat.

With the new intercoolers you get a cooling network of the latest generation in the best price-performance ratio. The new competition nets convince with their accurate processing and best cooling effect with extremely low back pressure.
The particularly lightweight cooling grids have internal turbulators for optimal cooling, as well as employed outer slats to optimally use the flowing airstream. An optimal balance in terms of cooling, weight, robustness and price. The cast aluminum junction boxes are made of 3mm thick cast aluminum and thus withstand the highest charge pressure.

Water-cooled intercooler, ideal for confined spaces and short air paths. With offset connections.

There are situations in which a intercooler, which is cooled by the airstream, simply cannot be installed. Very often e. g. with rear engines. A particularly short air duct is also advantageous in certain applications where the air path through the front of the vehicle is simply too long. For these cases, we offer you water-cooled intercooler. The coolers are installed in a water circuit with a small water cooler, which then sits in the airstream and cools the water that flows through the fins of the intercooler, which in turn cools the charge air.

Water cooling lowers the charge air by more than 30°C compared to conventional charge air coolers. This results in an increase in performance of 10% with the same boost pressure. The response behaviour is more aggressive as the charge air paths are short.
