Forge Motorsport EGR replacement kit FMEGR25B.
This kit is like no other for the T5 5 cylinder 2.5 diesel engine.
It not only removes the restriction of the EGR valve but also fixes the common oil leak issue with the OEM hose and coupler.
The Forge in house CNC machined EGR adapter, blanking cap and hose coupler complete with oil resistant hose addresses all issues providing the most comprehensive kit available.
No cutting of original hoses required.
The removal of the EGR valve, even those which are working perfectly, will give an increase in power, but most of the EGR valves after a period of time, compounded by those vehicles used on short journeys, will partially block and lead to power loss and poor running if they are not cleaned or replaced. This really is a worthwhile modification.
Please be aware the engine management light will come on and the glow plug light will flash, which will not effect the way the vehicle drives. However you may wish to get the ECU remapped to overcome this.

This intake kit contains a custom-made aluminium housing, black powder-coated for a hard-wearing finish. This has the additional purpose of protecting the air filter from the effects of heat.
Because the engine bay of the VW Up is so compact, you are very limited in your choice of suction. After many tests, we found this induction kit to be the most suitable for the VW Up in terms of both performance and aesthetics.
With gains of up to 8 hp and 10 Nm of torque across the rev range, we are extremely happy with the performance results. Not to mention the different sound the kit gives the small 1.0 litre engine.
The Forge- silicone hose has a larger bore and a smooth inside for optimum flow.

This Racingline filter is made of robust cotton. It is less maintenance-intensive and more durable. It offers excellent filter performance with maximum performance.

Inspection every 16,000 km - check the filter for contamination.

With this intake system, the original air filter box is removed and replaced by a complete intake system.

The VWR R600 suction has an optimised design and over 120% more filter surface. The performance air filter sits in an air filter box with significantly more volume and two air inlets. This means that your TSI engine is always supplied with even more cold intake air. Although the appearance of the R600 Evo has remained the same, the filter box has been completely redesigned. The cover has been adapted to fit even better in the bonnet in order to utilise all available installation space.
