The AEM 245lph E85 High Flow Offset Inlet Fuel Pump (part number 50-1225) is an ideal choice for 2016-2019 Polaris RZR XP Turbo UTVs. This pump installs directly into the fuel tank and can be connected via the factory wiring harness. It serves as a direct replacement for the original RZR XP Turbo fuel pump (for 2016-2019 turbo models, not compatible with non-turbo RZRs).
The pump is designed to withstand extreme loads and delivers 44% higher fuel pressure than the factory pump (7.93 bar maximum pressure compared to 5.52 bar as standard). It offers a 100% higher flow rate at the stock base pressure of 4 bar (202lph compared to 100lph stock)! Each AEM 50-1225 Polaris RZR XP Turbo fuel pump is individually flow tested to 245lph (65 gph) at 2.76 bar and 202lph (53gph) at the RZR XP/XP Turbo\'s 4 bar base fuel pressure. This ensures enough flow to support 640hp at 4bar and 482hp at 1.52bar boost pressure on gasoline! The flow vs pressure and power vs pressure graphs for gasoline, E85 ethanol and M100 methanol are available on the specification tab. All AEM E85 compatible high flow in-tank fuel pumps have a robust internal construction designed for the low lubricity characteristics of ethanol and methanol fuels. The pump is manufactured to industry standard 044 and has an M18x1.5 inlet and M12x1.5 outlet for easy, straightforward installation.
The AEM is capable of providing fuel for 1200hp naturally aspirated engines or 860 HP for supercharged engines at 2 bar charge pressure. The pump delivers 400 liters/hour at 2.75 bar, 340 liters at 5 bar and 270 liters at 8.2 bar.
The AEM 400 High Flow fuel pump is suitable for use with gasoline and ethanol up to E85/E90. Alcohol-based fuels can be used, but will reduce pump life.

This pump is manufactured to industry standard 044 and features a -10 AN input and -6 AN output for easy installation.
The pump is capable of supplying fuel for naturally aspirated engines up to 1200 hp or supercharged engines up to 860 hp at a boost pressure of 2 bar. Single surge tank design is essential on modified cars requiring higher fuel output, where effective scavenging is a must.
This surge tank works inline with your current fuel system by filling up with fuel from the OEM in tank pump. The secondary set of large fuel pumps inside the surge tank draws from this reservoir providing a constant flow.
Fuel is only returned to the main tank when the surge tank is 100% full, thus providing a steady supply of fuel. This surge tank solution far exceeds the engineering in found in traditional surge tanks, solving multiple problems versus mounting the pumps outside a tank. This surge tank houses two of the popular and high flow rate Bosch \"044\" pumps, keeping them submerged over 75% inside the tank. Using the fuel to submerge the pumps will muffle the noisey pumps, provide cooler pump operating temperatures for longer life, and ensure the pumps will have fuel even on steep turns or accelerations where the OEM pump could experience fuel starvation. The twin pumps are for high powered vehicles with the ability to power 650BHP setups.

Petrol catchtank optionally with or without Bosch 044 petrol pump - suitable for engine outputs up to 650 hp!
Petrol catchtanks are used in motorsport and for heavily tuned vehicles. This ensures a constant petrol pressure and a permanent fuel supply. The catchtank is filled from the standard tank by the original petrol pump, ensuring that the petrol pumps always have sufficient fuel available. There is a slight overpressure in the catchtank itself. As a result, there is no risk of the pumps running dry and the risk of cavitation is also minimised. The compact design eliminates the need for additional lines and connections between the pumps and tank. This system also means that there are fewer connections that can leak.
The 2-litre catchtank is ideal for implementing an uninterrupted fuel supply for racing vehicles or high-performance road vehicles. The catchtank can be securely fastened to the vehicle using the base plate. An fuel pump with an outer diameter of 60 mm (e.g. Bosch 044 or AEM 50-1009) can be inserted directly into the tank, enabling a particularly space- and material-saving installation.

High-performance final stage for use with upgrade fuelling pumps for many TFSI and TSI vehicles from the VAG Group.
Above a certain engine output, the low-pressure pump must be replaced with a more powerful one such as e. g. Walbro, DW, Bosch, Aeromotive or our BAR-TEK® pumps. Each of these upgrade pumps has a higher current consumption and the original output stage can reach its limits. Failures can occur, especially at warm outside temperatures.

Anyone converting e. g. to the Walbro fuelling pump for the Golf 7 should also install this performance power amplifier. The original power amplifier has a maximum working current of 17 amps, while the Walbro can \"draw\" up to 25 amps. This means that with the original power amplifier, the full power of the Walbro cannot be utilised at all and this can lead to misfiring and even complete failure of the intank pump. Then only the ADAC can help ;-)
