The BAR-TEK Next Generation oil cooler flange is a development of BAR-TEK. The flange is made of aluminum and is milled from solid. The black anodised surface not only looks good, but also protects the flange against corrosion. The internally installed thermostat ensures an optimum oil temperature of 80 ° C - 90 ° C. It is completely maintenance free. With the 1/8 NPT connection, you can also install a temperature and oil pressure gauge. To facilitate assembly, we replaced the conventional screw with a 12mm hex socket nut. So you can also align with normal tool your oil cooler flange and fasten at the same time. The steel screw is galvanized.

Attention:
For vehicles with a cubic capacity up to 2000ccm we recommend using a 13 row oil cooler, and over 2000ccm we recommend a 19 row oil cooler (you can find both kits in our shop).

The oil coolers are developed and manufactured in Sweden. The coolers are manufactured with high precision and offer very good cooling performance. Slim Line oil coolers have an extra slim design of only 40 mm, which makes them ideal for tight spaces - for example, when mounted in the bumper, or even as a differential or transmission oil cooler on the underbody. The mounting is done by two M6 threads. The connections are located on the side and are designed as M22x1.5 internal thread, which can be adapted to almost all requirements by means of adapters - of course, you can get suitable adapters and holders in our shop.

Oil cooler fan set for additional cooling of your oil cooler.

The SUSA fan kits are ideal when installing oil coolers where space is limited or where there is no air flow, e.g. in the rear area.
The close-fitting fan offers excellent cooling performance and the slim SPAL fan offers high air flow.

The construction is solid and fits perfectly with all Setrab® and Mocal® oil coolers with a 115mm cooler core.
