Both 8mm and 7mm valves are available for G40 engines. Please measure beforehand.

8 New valve guides for G60 engines conical for better air flow.

The conical shape improves the air flow rate in the cylinder head channel. This allows the engine to take more mixture and the filling is positively influenced.
New valve guides should be used if the old ones show too much wear. When using new valves, be sure to replace the valve guides as well.

After installing new valve guides, be sure to rework or adjust the valve seat.

8 new valve guides for all G40 modells. They are shorten and conical for more air flow. 

Horse power will increase due to the improved air flow into the combustion chamber. 

After replacement the valve seat needs to be checked as well.

This tappets can be used in all Polo cylinderheads with hydraulic lifters. As in the Polo G40.

They will replace the OEM hydraulic lifters.
The engine is getting much more stable for higher revs!

Please order the tappets first, measure the valve clearance and order the according valve adjustment units afterwards.\"

Only the top retainers are made from Titanium.
The bottom ones are made of steel.

When using a sports camshaft, it is recommended to install reinforced valve springs. This not only prevents breakage of the series springs, the valves close better and the valve train is much lighter.
