They have higher fatigue resistance and tensile strengths than our competitor’s best offerings. To manufacture the valves we use our exclusive two-step slow forging process using EV8 stainless steel on both intake and exhaust valves.We provide a special heat-treatment and stress relieving process, along with hard chrome stems and friction-welded hard tips. We finish with a swirl polished head. The valves feature flow improvements to deliver the power needed for today’s sophisticated racing engines.

Supertech reinforced valve spring kit incl. titanium spring retainers for Toyota 7MGTE 24V
The sport spring kit from Supertech with the titanium valve spring retainers allows higher RPMs. It also eliminates valve flutter at high RPMs. At high RPMs, the rocker arms can break and the valve springs can jam. This can lead to engine damage! The Supertech valve springs have an extra adjusted spring rate to counteract the problem.
