Supertech INCONEL exhaust Valves from Supertech for all G4KF engines, such as e. g. in the Hyundai i30N and Veloster.

The standard valves have the major disadvantage that they can break in engines with a significant increase in power or with long mileage. The standard valves are hollow inside and sodium-cooled. With a very thin valve stem of only 6 mm, there is not much material left to protect the valve!

Higher flow rates:
Supertech valves are specially developed for each application to achieve the best possible result. We are constantly working to improve the design through ongoing development, testing and trials.

Durability:
In every valve design, Supertech strives to maximise durability and tensile strength through increased fatigue resistance. Each valve has a hardness above 52HRc.

Nitride Black:
A hardness treatment that is not as well known as chrome plating, but has significant advantages over it. The microhardness is higher than the basic coating as the ductility is changed by the nitrided layer (microhardness 800Hv minimum). The valve surface is smoother than the chrome-plated surface and therefore there is less friction between the valve and the valve guide. The nitrided layer makes the valve seat surface more resistant to lead-free fuels, alcohol, nitro or other \"explosive\" mixtures.
Available for any type of valve seat (ductile iron, metal powder mix, hard aluminium-copper mix or beryllium-copper mix). The nitride coating reduces power loss at high speeds due to less friction in the valve guide. In contrast to the chrome coating, which is only applied to the stem, the Nitride Black coating is applied to the entire valve. All valves are vortex polished and have a hardened tip.

The kit contains 8 valves without valve wedges.

Supertech reinforced valve spring kit including titanium spring retainer  for all G4KF engines, such as in the Hyundai i30N and Veloster.

The Supertech sport spring kit with titanium valve spring retainers allows for higher RPMs. It also eliminates valve flutter at high rpm. At high RPMs, the rocker arms can break and the valve springs can jam. This can lead to engine damage! The Supertech valve springs have an extra adjusted spring rate to counteract the problem.

Supertech\'s valve springs are made from an extremely pure chrome-silicon-vanadium steel alloy to ensure very good durability even at high rpm for performance upgraded engines. Designed using computer simulations to ensure that even under extreme conditions the materials will not fatigue. The holders are made of certified titanium alloy and CNC milled for optimal fit to ensure long life.
