Intake valves made of high-strength steel for all Audi R8 V8 4.2L FSI engines.
The Audi R8 standard valves have the major disadvantage that they can break in engines with a power increase or with long mileage. The standard valves are internally hollow and sodium-cooled. With the very thin valve stem, there is not much material left to protect the valve!

Available in original size or 1mm oversize.
The kit contains 16 valves.
With 1mm oversize valves, the valve seat must be adapted.

These valve springs have an extra adapted spring rate and ensure a faster and better response behaviour of your 4.0L TFSI engine. The spring retainer made of titanium enable a lighter valve drive, more boost pressure and higher revs are no longer a problem. The stability is perfect for very high revs and makes driving your RS6 a lot of fun.
More boost pressure or sports camshafts: Now you need our 4.0L sports camshafts valve springs
Our sports valve springs are necessary as soon as more boost pressure is driven or when other camshafts are installed. Unfortunately, the original springs often break or the valves do not close properly. Both problems lead to major engine damage!

The valve drive of your tuned V8 or V10 has to withstand a lot if you are aiming for an extreme increase in performance, such as e. g. a turbo conversion. Enormous forces are at work here, which the standard springs unfortunately cannot cope with. To ensure that the springs continue to work perfectly at high engine speeds, together with boost pressure, you should therefore use our sports valve springs kit.
The kit consists of valve springs for intake and exhaust valves and titanium spring discs. This means that a higher engine speed is no problem. So you can enjoy full power without worrying about valve flutter or broken rocker arms!
The valve springs are made from high-quality tempered steel and come with a customised spring rate and titanium spring plates to suit your engine.
