High performance valve Guides are the performance option for replacing factory guides for new valves.
In performance head builds, factory guides are prone to excessive wear resulting in premature valve failures.To combat these issues our valve guides are made from a specialized alloy on our in house CNC lathe with ultra high concentricity for exact valve placement and precise dimensions.
Using a proprietary bronze alloy results in faster heat dissipation where thermal conductivity is increased by 10% and extends valve life, guide life, and cylinder head component life.For added performance, these valve guides have been designed with an aerodynamic tip designed to cut down on airflow restrictions in the valve port.

Complete hydraulic cam follower set suitable for all 2.7L biturbo engines, e.g. in the S4 and RS4 B5.

Why do I need reinforced valve springs in the Audi S4 and RS4?
If you change the power of your Audi S4 or RS4, the boost pressure will also increase. Because the more fresh air we let into the cylinder, the more we can burn, that much is clear. However, due to the overlap of intake and exhaust, extreme pressures act on the valve heads and thus against the valve springs. Your stock parts usually can\'t withstand this high boost pressure. When driving, you feel like someone is holding the car down with a rubber band. We then have combustion misfires and less power up top. Our sport valve spring set is designed to be reinforced so that they can withstand up to 3 bars of boost pressure without any problems. So you can enjoy correspondingly more power and better throttle response. You\'re no longer racing against the rubber band, you can go all out.

The standard valves are hollow and sodium-cooled on the inside. With a very thin valve stem of only 6 mm, there is not much material left to protect the valve!

This ensures that the valve is properly seated. If used wedges are used, they may have clogged, the valve will not seat correctly and will have play.
