High performance valve Guides are the performance option for replacing factory guides for new valves. In performance head builds, factory guides are prone to excessive wear resulting in premature valve failures. To combat these issues our valve guides are made from a specialized alloy on our in house CNC lathe with ultra high concentricity for exact valve placement and precise dimensions. Using a proprietary bronze alloy results in faster heat dissipation where thermal conductivity is increased by 10% and extends valve life, guide life, and cylinder head component life. For added performance, these valve guides have been designed with an aerodynamic tip designed to cut down on airflow restrictions in the valve port.

Optimized for high boost pressure in the 1.8T 20V engine: Complete sports valve spring kit with titanium spring plates.
When boosting your 1.8T 20V engine, it can happen that you feel like you\'re hitting a wall when you reach a certain boost pressure. You don\'t get any further. We have developed a solution for this problem: Our Sport Valve Spring Set, which strengthens the valve train to withstand extreme boost pressure without a problem!
This kit consists of valve springs for intake and exhaust valves including spring retainers made of high-strength titanium. We have reinforced this kit so that your 1.8T can withstand up to a terrific 3 bar boost pressure! This means that even higher revs of up to 10000 rpm are no problem and you can enjoy the full power.
When do I need the reinforced sport valve springs in the 1.8T engine?
When you notice that you can\'t go any further above a certain power level and, as described above, you feel like you\'re driving into a wall. That\'s the moment when your stock valve springs can\'t handle the increased boost anymore. Then you should install our reinforced sport valve springs in your 1.8T. The problem arises from the overlap between the intake and exhaust of fresh and exhaust gases. Here an extreme pressure acts on the valve disks, which pushes the valves down against the force of the springs. If these are not strong enough, the phenomenon described above occurs, the engine has combustion misfires and loss of power follows. This is exactly why our sports valve springs are reinforced and also the plates are made of titanium. You can enjoy easy and carefree performance!
High boost pressure without worrying about valve flutter
The valve springs are made of high quality quenched and tempered steel and come in a matched spring rate for all 1.8T 20V engines (058 and 06A block). So you never have to worry about valve flutter again.

These camshafts are designed for a mechanical, rigid valve drive and for maximum performance. The camshafts unfold their full potential from approx. 6000 rpm and are therefore perfectly suited for use in motorsport
