Our latest intercooler for the Yaris GR.

Unfortunately, the standard intercooler on the Yaris is very poorly dimensioned. The charge air pipework is more reminiscent of a straw. We have maximised the whole thing. This takes engine tuning to a new level. Because this intercooler supplies your engine with perfectly cooled air thanks to optimised air flow and more volume.

The pipework increases to a full 60 mm and shines in durable, black powder-coated aluminium.

As engine performance increases, the correct cooling is also important. If the intake temperature is too warm, a reduction in performance is very noticeable. With the original and poorly manufactured intercoolers, the air is not cooled properly because the intercooler is not flow-optimised. This means that you have to reckon with reduced performance and therefore less fun. This is where our intercooler flexes its muscles!

The latest high-performance intercooler from Forge for the Toyota Yaris GR. Made in the UK. Throughout the development process we have endeavoured to improve the efficiency and performance of the Yaris GR\'s engine. Our project brief was to develop a intercooler that utilises all the available space in the original OEM intercooler position and ensures that the intake air temperature is reduced without negatively impacting the boost pressure or engine and transmission cooling.

Compared to the OEM intercooler, the Forge radiator has 42% more surface area and an internal volume increase of over 100%. This has resulted in an increase in performance of more than 10 hp and 15 Nm. As the connections on the intercooler have been increased to 60 mm, we have included all the necessary silicone hoses and hardware with the intercooler kit to make the installation plug and play.

The intercooler from Forge Motorsport is a perfect performance tuning part that fits directly to the OEM mounting points and allows for easy installation in a relatively short time. No cutting is required, so the radiator can be retrofitted at any time.
