The Throttle Body Inlet System is an extensive upgrade over the factory intake system from the intercooler outlet to the throttle body inlet. This replaces all components and provides a completely new, larger and better flow-designed system. It eliminates two potential weak points with its single-cast design. The stock intercooler outlet hose is replaced with a multi-layer, wire-reinforced silicone piece with stronger T-bolt clamps.
Additionally, it is possible to connect possible gauges such as a boost pressure gauge between the throttle body and the intake manifold. Also included are new gaskets for the throttle body and intake manifold. Thanks to the curved design and the oversized silicone hose, the system is significantly larger than the standard unit.

The APR intake system for the blow off valve models with 4.0TFSI EA825 offers up to 22% more flow than the standard suction. The improved turbocharger inlets feature a bellmouth profile in the factory turbocharger to boost flow and allow for the turbos to upgrade such as our Turbo-Total® turbocharger in the future.
The system features a special, high-performance intake filter and a flow-optimised design that improves airflow through the system and into the intake plenum. The filter has a flow rate up to 12% higher than the standard one and a lower pressure loss at the same flow rates. This puts less strain on the turbocharger and maximises performance. At the same time, the response behaviour of the throttle valve and turbocharger is improved. This is the optimum suction for the 4.0T EA825 V8 engine!
A double intake is used at the factory, which leads into an airbox under the intake filter cover, which in turn leads into a multi-piece turbocharger plenum. The airflow is channelled 180 degrees into the turbo inlet adapters and into both turbocharger. The intake system allows the engine to breathe more freely to maximise performance and provides a subtle but improved engine sound.

This is the ultimate intakeupgrade for the Audi RS4 and RS5 (B9). 36% more throughput compared to the stock part, reduced pressure drop and better linearization of the turbochargers. This results in a power increase on top to our Stage 1 software of up to 19 HP and 23 Nm of torque.
Our system comes in a complete package. It includes all intake components, from the intake scoop to the turbo inlets. This is extremely important because replacing the airbox alone does not eliminate the major restrictions on the stock part. Simply put, our system flows better than stock, makes more power, puts less stress on the turbochargers, and just looks stunning in the engine bay! Last but not least, the Intake also adds quite a bit more sound.
The factory intake pipe turbocharger is a major limitation because it is very small. It\'s common for most intake systems to only focus on replacing the air filter and airbox, but that has minimal impact on performance in this case. In addition, upgrading the turbo inlet without changing the airbox and filter, also has minimal effect on performance. So what to do? We solve this problem by designing our Intake with a 4\" air filter outlet and keeping the diameter as large as possible all the way to the turbocharger. This minimizes pressure drop and massively increases flow.
Our Intake is made from carbon fiber and looks absolutely stunning under the hood. By using this material, we are able to reduce the wall thickness of the tubes, thereby increasing the inner diameter, which of course further increases flow and performance. Likewise, with carbon fiber it is possible to create complex organic shapes, which makes it much easier to work in a tight engine compartment and still get the best result.
The airbox is fed by an intake scoop, which optimizes and maximizes the flow path. The airbox itself also has cutouts directed away from the hot engine once again, providing additional flow paths. This keeps the air temperature down and improves the sound without being too obtrusive. The filter itself is very large, as a large filter area ensures that it can easily \"breathe\" for many thousands of miles as it filters dirt, dust and particles. It measures 7\" x 7\" with a 5.5\" front inlet and a 4\" exhaust. The filter media is a washable, pleated cotton blend which can be easily cleaned or replaced for longer life.
Our kit includes everything you need to install it plug and play and start riding right away. No new software tuning is required to run this Intake. Included in the package, of course, are all new OEM gaskets, bolts, nuts and clamps needed for installation. Thanks to our Billet Turbo Inlet Adapters, if you replace your stock turbocharger with a larger one, all you have to do is order a new matching adapter from us. Very simple!
Of course, we have also tested this part in the exhaust laboratory according to all guidelines of the Vd-TÜV Merblatt 751, and this for the engines with and without gasoline particulate filter. So there is a road approval for standalone operation, so series vehicle + Air Intake or the use with APR software.

Comprehensive upgrade for the suction of your 4.0L TFSI EA825 Audi (C8) RS6 and RS7!
For this kit, APR have improved everything that is necessary for a noticeable increase in performance. The suction allows the engine to breathe better and thus ensures an improved throttle response. As a result, the turbocharger have to work less hard, which results in a directly noticeable increase in performance. The high-flow design increases the air flow rate. This is also reflected in the increase in torque and simultaneously reduces the pressure loss.
The filter is washable and reusable, and the cast aluminium turbo inlets use adapter rings with ideal inlets, making them compatible with larger turbochargers.
The upgraded APR filter unit with a low restriction cotton mesh has an 8% higher flow rate than standard without compromising air quality. Flow is further improved by 52% larger air box outlets and 93% larger turbo inlets. These are also compatible with our Turbo-Total® turbochargers. Air filter sock: Longer life of your engine
We developed the sock especially for the air filter of our EA888 intake. It acts like a nylon filter that is simply pulled over the air filter. So it already protects the filter efficiently, both from coarse and the smallest contaminants. As a result, particles can no longer enter the intake, which also reduces the load on the engine and turbo. At the same time, the protective filter sock does not restrict the intake. The APR Intake Kit outperforms factory components by up to 45%. More flow, more power. This is the first step you should take if you want to optimize the intake area.
Here, unfortunately, it often comes to the problem that the clamp to the air filter is tightened too tightly. Consequence, the carbon breaks at the seam. Unfortunately, in most cases, the carbon tube is then no longer usable.

This air mass meter housing allows the mounting of the Audi TTS intake in vehicles with 2.0L TFSI engine (EA113), such as. Golf 5 GTI, Audi S3 or Golf 6 R.
The air mass meter sits on the TTS intake further right in the engine compartment directly behind the air filter. Due to the serial design, your air mass meter is usually in the original Motoro cover and can not be easily used.
With our case, you can continue to use your standard air mass meter and put it optimally behind the air filter. The case is a CNC machined high-precision component for optimum flow and perfect fit. The smooth surface reduces turbulence and creates a uniform air flow. The case fits optimally into the OEM image, is plug in play and uses the original attachment points.
Thanks to the original inner diameter you also have no problems with error messages.

Our developed air duct for all vehicles on MQB platform replaces the original air collector in direct exchange and provides a more direct flow to the air filter box. With the OEM air collector, the intake air must flow through two pointless 90 degree bends to reach the air filter box. This increases the pressure loss enormously. Therefore we decided to develop a direct air duct to get more performance out of your vehicles.

When it comes to new performance products, we generally spare no expense or effort, and our open performance intake is no exception. We wanted to develop an air intake system that reduces restrictions as much as possible so that the air arrives at the turbo smoothly.
Stock air filters are designed not to clog under a wide variety of conditions and to reduce intake noise. Both make them work very inefficiently from a performance perspective and their sound is boring.
We\'ve changed both of those things! We were able to reduce the pressure drop while increasing the flow rate to give you the maximum performance. Depending on the vehicle, you can achieve up to 25 hp (18 kW) more power and 20 Nm more torque. Also the sound is no longer slowed down with our open intake and a beastly good sound is created.

This exhaust pipe, also called Elbow, is a real upgrade for performance lovers! It was tuned exactly to the needs of tuning fans and has provided us with a whopping 20 HP and 25 Nm more power!
Our Elbow for your 2.5L TFSI was produced on a modern 5-axisCNC machine. The intake pipe for the throttle valve replaces the standard pipe, which was clearly too small, with a perfectly tuned, aerodynamically favourably constructed Elbow. The pipe has also been completely optimized. This ensures a smooth flow, the power is immediately noticeable!
Upgrade pipe with racing feeling
Because the stock pipe is tapered, air turbulence and bottlenecks are no wonder. Our throttle body, on the other hand, is flow-optimized and has a clean 90° bend. The flow velocity and larger, more constant cross-sectional area are also perfect for that racing feel.
All surrounding factory parts can be connected via plug & play. The tube contains the device for the factory engine cover, a connection for the hose of the thrust reversing valve, the pop off valve actuator and the pressure sensor. This really does take care of everything.
How much power you can expect with this Elbow
We have already been able to measure a power increase of up to 20 HP and 25 Nm with our throttle body!
Attention! With both Stage 2 and upgrade turbocharger applications and other hardware changes you can expect even greater gains.
On the DNWA the Elbow only fits with our Billet intake manifold.
In the scope of supply we also send a connection for the boost pressure indicator (golden fitting). Optionally, our nozzle has 2 connections, which can be used for charge pressure or water methanol injection.

The intake kit from Forge was specially developed for the Golf 8R with the EA888 Evo4 engine. Why should the air be cooled?
