BAR-TEK® High-flow aluminium for all -20V engines. Fuel rail 1.8T
We recommend this 1.8T fuel rail especially for heavily tuned 1.8T engines, as the fuel rail has a much larger diameter compared to the standard rail. Both ends have Dash 8 threads so that fuel can be fed in from both sides. This means that all cylinders receive fuel evenly.
This bar is indispensable, especially when using E85 fuel, as the fuel mixture has to be extremely lubricated with E85.
Different spacer sleeves must be used depending on the design of the injectors to be used.
The distance between the injection nozzle bores from centre to centre is approx. 89 mm.

With our additional injection bar, a second set of injection nozzles can be installed on the side of the connection, which inject directly into the intake manifold. Installation can be carried out directly on our MQB RACE intake manifold or the standard intake manifold.
The standard direct injection system of the EA888 Gen. 3 and evo4 engines quickly reaches its limits, especially in the tuning sector, and ultimately restricts performance. We offer you the opportunity to counteract this. The fuel in the intake manifold cools down the fuel/air mixture, which has a further positive effect.

Our fuel rail for the 2.0TFSI (EA113 and EA888 Gen1/2) engines was developed in collaboration with our RACE intake manifold.
In combination, a second set of injection nozzles can be installed on the side of the connection, which inject directly into the intake manifold. Especially with tuned engines, the standard direct injection system quickly reaches its limits and ultimately restricts performance. Here we offer you the opportunity to counteract this.
