2.0L TFSI EA113 ball head screw engine cover for TTS intake
The BAR-TEK® ball head screw is milled from an aluminum block and anodized in black. The cone head screw is required to install the TTS engine cover in other vehicles with 2.0L TFSI.
These ball head screws are no longer available from VW.
The aluminum screws should be tightened hand-tight. Please do not use any tools, only tighten by hand.

With our 2.0L TFSI pressure pipe you get the perfect connection between turbo and charge air cooler in S3 technology!
The original pipes are made of plastic and are produced very tightly, which hinders the air flow. With tuned engines with increased performance, the high boost pressure can even cause the original pipe to burst. In the worst case, you risk capital damage to the engine.
Our pressure pipe has a larger diameter, is made of aluminum and is bent like a spindle. This ensures the maximum and best airflow. The response of the turbocharger improves and you can get the maximum performance.

The EGR valve controls when exhaust gas is added to the fresh intake air.
If the EGR valve no longer works properly, it can cause the following problems:- Loss of power

A defective EGR valve can often be recognised by thick smoke coming from the exhaust. The engine control light also usually lights up if something is wrong with the EGR components. 2.0 TFSI Intercooler pressure pipe kit for K03 and K04 turbocharger
With our 2.0 TFSI pressure pipe kit, you have the perfect connection from the turbo to the intercooler in S3 technology.
The original pipes are made of plastic and are so narrow that the air flow is obstructed. Especially with tuned engines, performance is lost!Our boost pipes, on the other hand, come with an aluminium turbo outlet and four-layer silicone hose connectors. They are bent in such a way that they allow the highest flow rate. This significantly improves the response behaviour of the turbo. You get more power, torque and durability. And of course, driving is much more fun!
Naturally, our hoses are designed to withstand even the highest temperatures with ease. Thanks to the durable powder coating, you also have the high-quality OEM look.

Important: The BAR-TEK 2.0 TFSI pressure pipe kit naturally also fits the TFSI with K03 supercharger such as e. g. in the Golf 5 GTI, Jetta or A3. The certificate is not valid for vehicles with a K03 turbo.
If a upgrade- intercooler is installed, the hose between intercooler and the pressure pipe from upgrade- intercooler must also be used.
Vehicles with the original S3 intercooler require a special hose for connection to the S3 intercooler. You can simply select this as an option!
If you have an original intercooler with \"click lock\", you will need our click adapter to connect the silicone hose to the OEM radiator. You can find this at accesories.

The aluminum charge air pipes replace the OEM plastic pipes, which tend to burst. This defect can in the worst case lead to engine damage due to aspirated fragments.
The charge pipe made of aluminum has an increased diameter compared to the original. This reduces air turbulence and at the same time increases the air flow. This leads to a faster response of the turbocharger and a higher maximum possible power.
The engine software does not have to be retuned in this case. Even at very high boost pressures, there is no longer any risk of bursting. In addition, the kit provides a good basis for retrofitting a water-methanol injection system. A connection for one is already prepared.
The installation is relatively simple since this Charge Pipe Plug\'n\'play is exchanged against the series part. This Charge Pipe Kit replaces the BMW original parts with the part numbers: 11617846245, 11617846246, 11617846248

2.5L TFSI upgrade Turbo inlet - More flow for your turbo
With our high-flow turbo inlet for 2.5L TFSI engines, your turbocharger gets a boost in response behaviour and performance. It eliminates the severely restrictive standard aluminium inlet and replaces it with a solid, 4-inch cast aluminium inlet. This significantly increases the air supply for the turbocharger, which means that it has to work less for the same performance.
We have optimised our Turbo Inlet CFD and designed it to increase efficiency and performance enormously: our inlet increases the air mass by an incredible 50 % and the flow speed by a whole 30 %!
30 hp More power with our inlet
With the 50 % more volume that our upgrade turbo inlet achieves compared to the standard inlet and paired with a upgrade intake system, you can achieve up to 30 hp more power. The flow-optimised design of the inlet drastically reduces intake resistance. You simply feel more power, which reaches you faster and is simply fun.

After the engineers at Forge Motorsport have already developed many performance improvements for the Hyundai I30N and Veloster N, this time it\'s the turn of the Boost Pipe. The pipe from the intercooler to the intake manifold.
When looking at the OEM hose, it became clear that there is also potential for improvement here. After many tests Forge developed a pipe made of bent aluminum with an outer diameter of 70 mm and silicone connections. It is then CNC machined to ensure that all original connections fit perfectly. Compared to the OEM tube, the improvements are clearly visible. The diameter of the inlet bore has now been increased from 51 mm to 70 mm outer diameter. The increase in diameter allows a larger air flow, which in turn maximizes the air volume. This has the advantage of improving both performance and efficiency. This is a must for anyone trying to get the maximum performance from their engine. Forge has also integrated a 2x1/8\" connection, e.g. for water/methanol injection.

The Forge Motorsport High-Flow Turbo Inlet eliminates the highly restrictive aluminium inlet tube and replaces it with a multi-layered silicone hose, which increases airflow for improved efficiency and performance.
With 60% more volume than the standard arch and paired with the Forge pressure tube, up to 20 hp more can be achieved.
The high flow turbine elbow and inlet pipe has been specifically designed for stage 1 tuning and for around 600 hp.
The high flow inlet has a special iron oxide lining to prevent contraction even under extreme conditions.The increasing popularity of upgrade turbochargers for the very powerful DAZA Audi engines has been taken into account with 3 different turbo adapters. In the drop-down menu you can choose between the adapters for the series turbo, the TTE625 or the TTE700.

Unitronic High Flow Turbo Inlet for the 2.5L TFSI EA855EVO engines. Made from cast aluminium and developed as a direct plug and play replacement for the standard part.
Thanks to the CFD-optimised design, an increase of 18 hp and 20 Nm can be achieved. The airflow is increased by 12% by machining the inlet completely to optimise flow, which greatly increases the efficiency and performance of the turbos.In 3\" compatible with the OEM suction and many aftermarket intakes. The 4\" version goes one better and almost triples the airflow. This achieves an increase of up to 33%. Accordingly, you also need a 4\"suction to fully utilise the potential of the inlet.
