Our pressure pipe for the turbocharger pressure side up to intercooler: Perfectly suited for 2.0L TSI engines like in the Golf 7 GTI, Audi A3 and S3 and many more.
The original pipes can cause unwanted loss of performance especially in tuned engines. They are made of plastic and so narrow that the air flow is swirled. As a result, not enough power arrives.
That\'s why our tubes are made of aluminum and bent so that the maximum airflow goes through. So you also achieve the performance you want to have. It also noticeably improves throttle response. The 2.0L TSI pressure pipe kit provides more power, torque and durability!
The powder coating is very durable and gives the OEM look you want.

Our power pipe for 2.0L TFSI engines as in the Golf 5, Audi A3, TT and Co.Since the series pipes made of plastic and become very narrow, they become the optimal air flow from the LLK to the throttle valve. The original pipes do not hold up to the political boost pressure of a tuned engine. This can even result in major engine damage if the pipe bursts.
Our power tube requires aluminum and is bent like a spindle. It becomes for the air flow and therefore a top performance and performance of your turbocharger. The response behavior is made clear. This way you can use the full power - without worrying about the pipe bursting.
The hose is made of 4-layer silicone and also belongs to the very high stock of a tuned motor without any problems.
The robust powder coating is part of the power tube and belongs to the OEM look.

2.0 TFSI Pressure pipe kit for conversion to K04 turbocharger
With our 2.0 TFSI pressure pipe kit, you get the perfect connection from the turbo to the intercooler in S3 technology!
The original pipes are made of plastic and are very narrow, which leads to an obstruction of the air flow. With tuned engines with increased power, the high boost pressure can even cause the original pipe to burst. In the worst case, you run the risk of major engine damage.
Our pipes have a larger diameter, are made of aluminium and are bent like a spindle. This ensures the maximum and best air flow. The response behaviour of the turbocharger improves and you can get the maximum power out of it.
Unlike other pipes on the market, our pipes come with an aluminium exhaust adapter and 4-layer silicone hose connectors.
The hoses can easily withstand the high temperatures of a tuned engine. The robust powder coating gives the pipework a high-quality OEM look.

Only fits when converted to a K04 charger (e.g. Audi S3).
If a upgrade- intercooler is installed, the hose between intercooler and pressure pipe from upgrade- intercooler must also be used.
Vehicles with the original S3 intercooler require a different hose for connection to the S3 intercooler. Please select the version above.
We have successfully tested this kit in our 2.0L Audi A3 TFSI. Nürburgring tested!

The aluminum charge air pipes replace the OEM plastic pipes, which tend to burst. This defect can in the worst case lead to engine damage due to aspirated fragments.
The charge pipe made of aluminum has an increased diameter compared to the original. This reduces air turbulence and at the same time increases the air flow. This leads to a faster response of the turbocharger and a higher maximum possible power.
The engine software does not have to be retuned in this case. Even at very high boost pressures, there is no longer any risk of bursting. In addition, the kit provides a good basis for retrofitting a water-methanol injection system. A connection for one is already prepared.

The OEM pipe can become brittle and even break under increased boost pressure.
The diameter of the pressure pipe is increased to 76 mm from the turbo outlet to the intercooler inlet. -
The optimised boost pipe kit from Forge increases the flow rate and enables higher performance for your 2.0L TSI Evo4 engine. The high-quality aluminium pipes serve as a direct replacement for the OEM plastic pipe.
The OEM pipe can become brittle and even break under increased boost pressure.
The diameter of the pressure pipe is increased to 70 mm and is reduced to the OEM diameter again before the inlet of the Intercooler.
