Blow off клапан Mercedes
-
This valve is an upgrade for the 2.0 turbocharged M133 engine found in the Mercedes AMG A45. The engine as supplied by AMG has a port for a dump valve on the side of the turbo, but it is blanked off. Whilst this is fine for the stock level of tune, as the boost is turned up when the car is remapped, driveability can be effected and the car can stutter on hard acceleration, which ultimately will reduce the life of the turbo.
Our valve bolts straight up to the turbo and is supplied with appropriate hardware in order to source vacuum to operate the valve. The valve features an aluminium piston for longevity, and is fully serviceable and can be rebuilt with a range of springs to suit your level of power.Manufacturer

FORGE Upgraded Bloff Off Valve for Mercedes CLA250, 2.0 Turbo GDI
The valve is recommended for vehicles with ECU software conversions, tuned vehicles, and unused vehicles that operate in warmer climates and lose boost pressure when heat sensitive parts in the vehicle fail.
The reason is quite simple: The original plastic valves consist of a rubber diaphragm, which becomes porous over time and can tear quickly. If the diaphragm is defective, this is usually not detected, since the pressure loss occurs only slowly under full load. A permanent remedy can be found with a retrofit valve.
Advantages:- Sporty \"wosh\" effect when blowing off
- Runs without error message from the control unit
- better response, i.e. better throttle response
- better opening characteristic
- Reduction of turbo lag
- no problems with high boost pressure
- Easy assembly ( also possible with us)

Unfortunately, the original blow off valves are very susceptible and all leak. The loss of boost pressure is not noticed at first, because the diaphragm tears gradually. The GFB valve is the optimal solution to prevent the loss of boost pressure!
The GFB valve is supplied as a complete kit and replaces the faulty part of the original valve.

Despite the high boost pressure figures of the AMG four, these vehicles are not fitted with a bypass valve ex works. This is likely because the plastic valves typically found in OEM systems would not be able to handle the A45\'s 26 PSI boost pressure without failing prematurely. As a result, the AMG 45 models suffer from significant supercharger surge. Supercharger surge combined with the high boost pressures of the A45 is a recipe for disaster for the bearings in the turbocharger.
This is where Turbosmart\'s Compact Shortie Blow-Off Valve for the A45, CLA45 and GLA45 AMG comes into play. This high-performance valve made from billet aluminium is screwed directly onto the compressor cover of the AMG turbocharger. Both dual port and plumb back variants are available. The owner has the choice between the classic blow-off valve sound of the dual port valve with a 50:50 split between recirculation and venting to atmosphere or the quieter OEM-like operation of the plumb back valve. Both variants drastically reduce the compressor surge that occurs in the standard version of the A45.
Thanks to the shortie\'s billet construction and high performance plunger design, where no O-ring is required to seal the body of the blow-off valve against the plunger due to excellent machining tolerances, the valve can easily handle the boost pressure generated by the AMG turbo, ensuring tightness and extreme durability - even if you decide to increase the boost pressure.
The VR03 compact shortie kit for the A45, CLA45 and GLA45 AMG includes a boost reference adapter that allows the blow-off valve to respond instantly to the vacuum in the engine, providing better control compared to electronically operated valves. This is possible because the valve can access a pressure reference in the AMG\'s otherwise closed system - without destructive methods such as tapping into the intake manifold. The Boost Reference Adapter provides two pressure ports so that you can connect a second boost pressure controlled accessory, such as a boost pressure gauge.
