Optimal solution to eliminate DTC errors after removing the BOV. Improve the driving experience of your Audi 2.5 TFSI RS3 or TTRS with our blow off Valve (BOV) Delete Emulator. Our emulator allows you to remove the original BOV without displaying error messages (DTC).
What is the BOV Delete Emulator?
Our delete plug is an electronic module that simulates the signals of the original blow off valve. After removing the OEM BOV, the emulator ensures that the engine control unit no longer issues error messages, guaranteeing trouble-free use.
Function
To install, simply remove the original BOV and connect our connector to the corresponding plug.
- Permanently eliminates error messages (DTC) after removal of the standard BOV.
- Reduces unwanted air leaks and enables precise control of the boost pressure.
- Especially for Audi EA855 2.5 TFSI RS3 and TTRS.
- No visible cables or components in the engine compartment.
- By removing the BOV, the boost pressure in the engine can be better controlled, resulting in a more consistent power output.
- The original BOV can sometimes cause unwanted air leaks that interfere with engine control and trigger error messages (DTC).
- Removing it ensures cleaner airflow and more stable engine parameters. After removing the OEM BOV, error messages may appear in the ECU. These DTCs can be easily eliminated with our BOV delete emulator.
- Removing the BOV can amplify the characteristic \"whooshing\" sound.

Pop off valve conversion kit to S3 / Golf R technology for 2.0 TFSI transverse engines from the VAG Group
The excess boost pressure is diverted directly in front of the throttle valve. Since the valve in our system is located behind the intercooler, only the cold air is circulated. The pop off valve is standard in many engines before the intercooler and thus only hot uncooled air is circulated.
The standard valve is installed directly in the turbocharger and is usually damaged in the course of time by the permanent heat so that it leaks. A leaking valve will result in poorer response and performance losses, which is not immediately noticed in most cases, as the damage is insidious and does not occur suddenly. As a result, you get used to a deteriorating response and loss of performance.
The kit uses the kit to move the valve to a cooler area, with the added benefit of eliminating heat damage and allowing cooler air into the intake system. The cooler the air, the better the cylinder filling, which also results in higher performance.
Please note that your intake manifold has a connection for the return from the pop off valve.
If you only want to change the pop off valve without converting to K04 Turbo you will need the cap on the turbocharger. See accessories below.

You need this kit if you want to get the SUV out of the turbocharger in front of the throttle, but still want to keep the original intake.

The Splitter is a truly remarkable valve that gives a combination of blow off and recirculation valve operation all at the same time and has been specifically designed for the many VAG 1.8T applications. This means you get all the noise of the blow off valve whilst retaining the compatibility with the recirculation requirements of the engine management system. As a bonus we also offer the ability to convert the valve to recirculation only mode for those times when stealth running is required.
This valve uses a Copper and Zinc alloy piston which utilises new sealing technology along with a variable spring preload incorporating a ratchet type top adjuster that will allow for the positive and precise adjustment to match the valve to your engine. This is achieved by using a unique single, conical, progressive rate spring that can allow for the retention of boost pressure over a wide adjustment range. This unique spring design also allows for unrestricted piston travel and flow volume regardless of the amount of pre-load adjustment added to the spring. Other manufacturers valves using cylindrical springs with adjustable pre-load often experience restricted piston travel and a reduction in flow volume.
Please Note: This valve requires installing the opposite way to the original Bosch Valve. i.e. the side pipe is fitted into the Turbo Intake Hose and the base pipe connects to the hose that runs to the boost side of the turbo.

Forge Motorsport is proud to release the latest version of our very popular solenoid driven valve for the 2013-on VAG 1.8 TSI engine (US codes CPKA and CPRA) and 2.0 TSI engine (Euro code CNTA, CHHA, CHHB, CJXB and CJXC;US codes CPLA and CPPA). This valve is a full replacement atmospheric blow-off valve (i.e. noisy) that integrates seamlessly with the OEM electronics and results in no detriment in performance, and absolutely NO fault codes or check engine lights, which isn’t something that can be said of our competition !
Like our full replacement recirculating valve option, this valve is fully engineered to remedy the failure issues experienced with the OEM solenoid valves when their diaphragm may rupture which results in a boost leak. The later revision OEM valves have a longer lift but ultimately the plastic brittles and in extreme circumstances, parts of the plastic can break off. Our valve uses full billet alloy construction with a piston based internal design that provides for significantly improved reliability over the OEM valves along with lightning fast response. It has also been proven in cars running over 600bhp !
This new valve has a very short overall installed height, which enables fitment of this atmospheric valve into the tight space between the turbo and the inlet hose from the airfilter, older larger valves and sandwich plates will not fit this engine.Manufacturer

This valve is for VAG vehicles equipped with the 1.4T, 1.8T & 2.0T FSI or TFSi engines, including the latest models fitted with the IHI turbo, (or 1.4T using additional fitting kit FMBGFK3) that have the electronically controlled bypass valves. It is recommended for any vehicle where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade and for unmodified vehicles fitted with the earlier version of the OEM valve that operate in warmer climates, as a solution to the many failures of the diaphragm that have occurred.
Our alternative is a fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability. Our valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. This product has been thoroughly designed and tested with the expressed intent of offering improved valve response and maintaining ECU control while resulting in absolutely NO fault codes, NO check engine lights, and no adverse effects of any kind.

This replacement valve from FORGE made in the UK is designed to rectify faults in the OEM valve when its diaphragm ruptures and boost pressure leaks.
Newer OEM valves have a longer service life, but are still sometimes made of brittle plastic, which breaks in certain circumstances. The FORGE valve has been successfully tested on vehicles with 600 hp.- very light

As the engine is not equipped with a blow off valve as standard, Forge Motorsport has developed a twin-piston exhaust valve that not only makes a nice noise when the throttle valve closes, but also increases the response behaviour when changing gear.
The Forge blow off valve also prevents excess boost pressure from reaching the compressor wheel. This increases the service life of the turbocharger.

- Anodised CNC-milled clutches and components as well as a tunable CNC-milled twin-piston valve
- Due to the location of the OEM boost tube, the plastic that the OEM tube is made of can become brittle and crack over time. This kit completely replaces this plastic pipe from the turbo to intake manifold with a silicone hose
