High-strength ARP screw made of molybdenum steel for mounting the flywheel on the crankshaft. Suitable for many VW 4 cylinders such as G40, G60, 16V, 1.8T, TDI etc.
Especially indispensable for tuned engines, since much higher torques have to be transmitted to the crankshaft!- M10x1 thread. Underhead Lenght 25mm (17mm treath)
- All ARP screws can be reused.
- These screws are longer than standard screws. Please note during assembly!
Suit sequence:
- Apply Loctite 242 (blue / medium strength) to the threads
- Apply ARP Ultra torque paste under the screw head
- Only tighten the screws hand-tight
- Then crosswise to 95 Nm
6 screws are required for most VW & Audi 4 cylinders up to year of construction 2008.
10 screws for VR6, R32, V6 and V8 enginesFor an even stronger screw connection, we recommend our friction disc.

The Wavetrac differential locks are always supplied with the bolts. If you lose or misplace the bolts, you have the option of replacing them here. These bolts have been specially developed for fitting Wavetrac differential locks with part numbers 10.309.185WK, 10.309.186WK, 10.309.187WK and 10.309.188WK.
